For clothing and accessory items we handle fixed shipping rates for Bogotá and other cities in the country.

All our bicycles are custom made so they do not apply for returns or exchanges.
CLOTHES
We do not refund money, but if you wish to make an exchange for a size or another item, you can do so according to the availability of the products in stock as long as you assume the additional shipping costs. This also applies in case you have received a product in poor condition or with a manufacturing error, in this case, F Duarte will assume the additional shipping costs for exchanging your products.

HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE?
- Send an email to fduarteshop@gmail.com explaining the reason why you wish to request an exchange, indicating your order number (You can verify this number in the confirmation email of your purchase).
- Response time for changes is 2 business days.
- Once your exchange is approved, an advisor will indicate the shipping address so you can return the items you wish to exchange.
- Items must be without signs of use and with their original packaging and label.
- Once we receive the items from your first order, we will proceed to send the new items that you chose to make the exchange.
