BIKES
Taking into account that shipping rates may vary depending on the size and weight of your bicycle, we only ship these items upon delivery. This means that you will pay for the shipping of your bike upon receiving it, but don't worry, an advisor will inform you of its value in advance and the platform will send you the tracking number so you can track it and know when your bike is on its way.

CLOTHES

For clothing and accessory items we handle fixed shipping rates for Bogotá and other cities in the country.

Bogotá Standard Shipping - $18,000

Other cities Standard Shipping - $25,000

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES
MONEY REFUNDS
It is important that you keep in mind that we do not offer refunds. Depending on the type of item you purchase in our online store, these are the conditions that apply for returns or exchanges:

All our bicycles are custom made so they do not apply for returns or exchanges.

CLOTHES
We do not refund money, but if you wish to make an exchange for a size or another item, you can do so according to the availability of the products in stock as long as you assume the additional shipping costs. This also applies in case you have received a product in poor condition or with a manufacturing error, in this case, F Duarte will assume the additional shipping costs for exchanging your products.

HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE?

• Send an email to fduarteshop@gmail.com explaining the reason why you wish to request an exchange, indicating your order number (You can verify this number in the confirmation email of your purchase).
• Response time for changes is 2 business days.
• Once your exchange is approved, an advisor will indicate the shipping address so you can return the items you wish to exchange.
• Items must be without signs of use and with their original packaging and label.
• Once we receive the items from your first order, we will proceed to send the new items that you chose to make the exchange.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES
The customer assumes any additional shipping costs generated by changes to garments or items in the clothing section.

In the event that your exchange is generated by receiving the item with faults, defects or errors in shipping, the additional shipping costs will be assumed by F DUARTE.

WARRANTY POLICY

BIKES

Our bicycles have a 30-year warranty on their frame. This time does not apply to other accessories or parts of the bicycle.

CLOTHES
The guarantee for clothing and clothing accessories products is 30 days once you receive your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

The personal data you provide in your purchase registration process are for the exclusive use of FARBIO DUARTE BIKES and are not shared under any circumstances with any other entity.
